The whole school, managed. Even when the power goes out.
A system dedicated to your school: student records, grades, verifiable report cards, attendance and finances. Data entry keeps working offline and syncs the moment the network returns — already in production at a Haitian high school.
Make your school documents easier to verify.
Start with an audit of your school, launch the full system, or add student badges on the setup that matches your operations.
Audit & configuration
We map your school's flows — enrolment, grades, payments — then configure a dedicated instance around your reality.
School deployment
From the student record to the verifiable report card: system deployed, staff trained, data migrated from paper or Excel.
Badges & verification
QR or NFC student badges in CR80/PVC format, printing handled by EDIXht, public portal for verifying report cards.
Different profiles.
Shared architecture.
Start with administration, then connect teachers, parents and badges without losing the wider system — every school keeps its own isolated instance.
The school's complete back office.
Enrolment with a unique student ID, class, subject and coefficient management, automatic averages, PDF report card generation, tuition tracking, receipts and financial reports — on a single maintainable product core. Payment tracking is entered by the school office; mobile collection (MonCash / Natcash) is planned, not yet integrated.
Grades and roll call in two minutes, between classes.
A simple interface on phone or computer: grade entry by period, daily roll call per class, averages and rankings computed automatically — even with no connection, syncing the moment the network returns.
A direct line to families. — phase 2
Planned for phase 2, specified and costed: grades, attendance and payments from a phone; several children on one parent account; automatic email alerts for absences; report card download when available and the account is up to date.
A verifiable identity for every student.
Badge customised in the school's colours, unique QR or NFC chip per student, CR80/PVC printing handled by EDIXht. Optional automatic attendance by scan at the gate, and a public portal to verify a report card's authenticity in seconds.
Lycée National François Cappoix de Limonade — running in production on an EDIXht system
Different institutions.
Same discipline.
The engagement changes with the institution — school, high school or university. The standard for architecture, delivery and data ownership does not.
Move from paper and registers to a reliable digital student record, without upending the staff's daily routine.
Structure grades, report cards, attendance and finances once enrolment outgrows what a spreadsheet can follow.
Adapt the same architecture to student records, transcripts and diploma verification — education management logic holds beyond secondary school.
Standardise several establishments, each on its own isolated instance. Consolidated cross-school reporting is a planned evolution, not a feature shipped today.
Complete school management, through one accountable path.
Enrolment, academics, secure documents, finances and support — without splitting responsibility across separate vendors.

Identity & finance
Badges, verifiable documents and fee tracking on the same base.
Support & families
What comes after delivery: training the team, opening up to parents.
Built for the internet and the power we actually have.
A system that is useful in Haiti has to treat an outage as a normal state — not a failure. Data entry carries on offline; syncing follows whatever connection is available.
Real work. Clear scope
and engineering proof.
Lycée National François Cappoix de Limonade
Complete system deployed for LNFCL, in Limonade: the school's public site, a sign-in area for staff, results lookup, student records, grades and averages, report cards and day-to-day administration — proof that the approach holds up in local conditions, not just in a demo.

Parent & Student Portal
Real-time tracking of grades, attendance and payments — several children on one account, automatic alerts.
No black box.

Launch + supportFewer handoffs. Better decisions.
Your school's context stays close to the person making the technical decisions — from architecture through to support.
How EDIXht worksUnderstandable and verifiable, even after the rollout.
Product, engineering, deployment, training and support stay connected — a single point of contact.
01Working releases, regular demos and early communication of risks.
02Roles, power cuts, data flows and ownership planned from the start — not bolted on afterwards.
03Maintenance, monitoring, new releases, ongoing training and adoption tracking for the school.

Audit first, full deployment, or support for a school that is already equipped.
Audit & roadmap
For a school with unclear scope, scattered data, or a costly process that has to be understood first.
Full deployment
For a school that wants one delivery path: system, badges, training, migrated data and go-live.
Ongoing support
For a school already live that needs a reliable path: support, improvements, adoption tracking and continued training.
The right technology for the school's reality.
Technical choices follow the school's needs — enrolment, connectivity, badges, operations — not a platform preference.
Web & PWA layer
Admin, teacher and parent interfaces — installable on a phone, usable offline.
Data & API layer
Student IDs, grades, attendance, payments — persistence, permissions and integrity of operational flows.
Documents & identity layer
Signed PDF report cards, QR verification codes, student badges in bank-card format.
Notifications layer
Absence alerts and school-to-family communication by email. No SMS or WhatsApp for now — email is the chosen channel.
Delivery & operations
Dedicated instances per school, deployment, monitoring and maintainable production ownership.
We choose the implementation around the system that has to stay practical after launch.

EDIXhtÉducation Digital Exchange · HaitiBuilding the digital backbone of the Haitian school.
EDIXht started from a simple observation: most schools in the country manage entire student lifetimes on paper and scattered spreadsheets, using foreign tools that assume permanent connectivity and power that never cuts. We build the opposite — systems designed here, for the constraints here.
Power cuts, unstable networks, tight budgets: these are our starting constraints, not edge cases.
A dedicated, isolated instance per establishment. One school's data never shares a database with another's.
Staff training, follow-up visits and ongoing support are part of the product — not a separately billed option.
Architecture, development, deployment, training and support stay in the same hands, from the first audit to production.
That a Haitian report card can be verified anywhere, that a parent can follow their child from their phone, and that no school loses a year of records because a notebook went missing.
Clear answers before the rollout.
Final recommendations always depend on your school's reality and its constraints.
Ask a specific questionYes — that is the core of the design. Grade entry, roll call and payments work offline on the device, then sync automatically as soon as a connection exists. A power or network cut does not interrupt the work and loses no data.
The school. Each establishment gets its own isolated instance — one school's data never shares a database with another's. EDIXht hosts, backs up and monitors the system, with a clear retention policy for when a student leaves.
Every PDF report card carries a unique verification code and a signed QR code. Any institution — university, embassy, another school — can verify its authenticity in seconds on the public verification portal.
Whichever model fits the school best: per active student (the most common), per enrollment tier (a fixed rate per band, useful when headcount shifts year to year), or an annual flat fee (a fixed amount unrelated to student count, for full budget control). Hosting, updates and support are included in all three. Badge printing is quoted separately by volume. None of these quite fit your reality? We adjust it with you.
EDIXht stays involved: continued staff training, follow-up visits, direct support, adoption progress reporting and regular improvements. This is not a one-time sale — the support is part of the product.
